Hello there!  If you are new to San Juan Island, welcome to island time!

If you have been here for a while, like myself, then I am sure we could have many long conversations about the “special” facets of property ownership here.

Either way, we all share the wonderful sense of adventure we get to experience owning property on this amazing island!  Please allow me to introduce myself and what my company can do for you.  

I am Thomas Ronhaar, from a long time local family here on San Juan Island and the Pacific Northwest.  In 2016, I was offered the wonderful opportunity to acquire Harbor Property Management, LLC, with a focus on expert housekeeping.  When I became the new owner and operator in 2016, my vision was clear:  to apply my years of experience in customer service, sales and marketing, strong financial background in banking, my strong passion, and knowledge from growing up in the pacific northwest to grow the company into what it is now. 

Currently responsible for over 30 private properties, Harbor Property Management is dedicated to customized services that fit the unique needs of property owners.  I aim to always provide excellence in customer service and compassionate communication.  My persistence is to place attentiveness and solutions for my clients, my staff, and the local service professionals I have the privilege of working with.  I work hard to earn and maintain a strong reputation of trustworthiness, reliability, knowledge and attention to detail, for this is the foundation from what Harbor Property Management stands for.

What sets Harbor Property Management apart beyond flexible solutions, is a dedicated willingness to do whatever possible to ensure that everyone has a positive experience and feels they are valued and appreciated.  With all of the interesting things that come up on this island, and with limited resources, I feel it is of the utmost importance to be known as the friendly and trusted service that is approachable, and always strives to find the creative solution to any problem.  We start this right from the first contact.
